If you are having a computer problem -- before you even pick up the telephone or send an email -- try Restarting the computer. This cures about 50% of the problems...honest!

If none of these things helps cure your computer problem, then try the CEA Tech Support Web Form (at the left) for submitting a problem report.

If you need software installed then try the Software Install Request form and we'll schedule it just as soon as we can.
