When experiencing a computer problem --
before picking up the telephone or sending an email -- try Restarting the computer. This cures about 75% of all problems...honest! That means you have to totally power down the system, not just re-start the application that's giving you problems.
You can also check the CEA LAN FAQ and the Help Docs to see if your problem is covered there. This section is continually updated so check it out.
If none of these things helps cure your computer problem, then try the CEA Tech Support Web Form (above) for submitting a problem report.
