Dr. Li
is currently an assistant professor with the
Department of Electrical and Computer
Engineering, North Dakota State University,
a Carnegie
Doctoral/Research Extensive University.
His research interests include broadband mobile communications and wireless
networks.
He
received a B.S. degree from Xi’an Jiaotong
University, China in 2000, a M.S. degree from
Ohio University in 2004, and a Ph.D. degree from
University of Washington, Seattle in
2008, all in electrical engineering. In the summer of 2006, he worked as a
research intern in Communication Technology Lab at
Intel.
From March to August 2008, he worked on data traffic modeling and network
optimization in the Network Evolution and Strategy group at
T-mobile USA. Dr. Li is the recipient of
Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students Abroad and UWEE Outstanding Research Assistant Award
in 2008. Dr. Li is also a faculty member of
NDSU-CIIT Green Computing and Communication Lab.
