There will be oral sessions and poster sessions for presentation of papers in the symposium. Authors should indicate their preferred mode of presentation at the time of submission of their papers. The paper review and acceptance process will be same for both type of presentation options and all accepted papers will be published in the proceedings. At least one of the authors must present their paper in the accepted presentation mode. However, poster session authors may arrange for their papers to be presented by a symposium attendee. Authors of accepted papers for the poster presentation must submit their posters along with the camera-ready papers to the conference chair. The authors who can not attend the symposium due to special circumstances must mention at the time of submission and may be considered for poster presentations only.
