PaperSubmissions:Original work, not submitted elsewhere, as an extended abstract or full paper are sought. For refereeing purposes, authors are asked to submit up to a maximum of 20 double-spaced pages 11 point font), including all illustrations andappendices. All papers must be in English. All submitted papers will be reviewed. Submissions must include a cover sheet providingthe name, e-mail and postal addresses, phone number and fax number of theprimary contact author for the papers. Electronic submissions ( in Word, pdf, postscript or rtf format) are preferred to arrive by the submissiondeadline of 25 Aprill 1999. Submissions should be e-mailed as an attachment to the e-mail address below. Hard copy submissions are acceptable and shouldbe posted to the to the following address to arrive by the submissiondeadline of 25 Aprill 1999. In this case, authors are asked to providethreeseparate copies of each submitted paper. The postal addressis: Dr. Mahbubur Rahman Syed The camera-ready format for accepted papersis expected to be two-column 10 point format, with six pages as the preferredmaximum length. A publication surcharge may be applied to longerpapers.

present their papers either in the oral or poster sessions (please see Special Poster sessions for more details).
